I was offered a room with fantastic views on the lake of Temsah. My room included an electric kettle and glassware. The location was secluded, just off the canal. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.
The staff was bad.

We had a great time here! The location is amazing, with a beautiful direct view of the lake. The room service was exceptional, and we loved the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The amenities were great too, with a swimming pool and spa center, and plenty of dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome here. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a fantastic location by the lake. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, reminding me of a memorable honeymoon I had years ago. The spacious terrace allowed my family and I to enjoy the warm Egyptian sunshine every morning. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room service provided was exceptional, ensuring our stay was nothing short of luxurious. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail impressed me, as they equipped the bathroom with an extra mirror to assist with putting on and removing contact lenses. This small touch made a big difference for me. Furthermore, the food served in the restaurant, though not extravagant, had a delightful homemade taste, just like what you would find in your own kitchen.
My experience at this hotel was exceptional, and there is nothing significant that I believe could be improved.

Exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel in Ismailia with accommodating staff with the guest relation manager. Location adjacent to the pathway of Swiss Canal and shore. Also, in camp or something.

The hotel is located right on the shore, offering breathtaking sea views that instantly take away all your stress. Guests have praised the location for its tranquility and beauty. There are also quality dining options nearby, allowing guests to indulge in delicious meals. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The friendly and helpful staff ensure excellent service throughout your stay, making you feel welcome and valued. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to start your day off right.
The pool area can get crowded, particularly with young children, which may not be ideal for those seeking a more peaceful experience.

Fantastic football pitch that my kids loved playing on. Great views. At certain times of the day you can see the ships going down the Suez Canal.
I know this is a bit cheeky but we would have quite liked to have been given an upgrade to a room overlooking the river but they weren't wanting to do this even though there was plenty of space. We would have had to have paid the surcharge which I wasn't happy to do. A little bonus like that would have left us feeling so positive about the hotel instead I was left feeling naughty for asking. (I often do ask in hotels and have always been sucessful if there is room).

Friendly professional and very professional staff, fairly clean rooms.
Clean pool, parking onsite. Savoury food served, reasonable and nice breakfast. Location next to the pathway of Swiss Canal, the cafe on shore, and downtown and restaurants area.

John
Situated near the sea amidst lovely gardens, this hotel's location offers a scenic view. The rooms are equipped with all the essential amenities and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a café on the beach.
The hotel needs to work on upgrading their facilities to meet the standards of a luxury hotel.
